INDIVIDUALS

Expressing your true self with mindfulness.

Counseling is offered in a safe, caring and confidential environment to explore your feelings, beliefs or behaviors, work through challenging or influential memories, identify aspects of your life you would like to change, better understand yourself and others, set personal goals, and work toward desired change. From coping with major life challenges or childhood trauma, to dealing with depression or anxiety, to simply desiring personal growth and greater self-knowledge, this one-on-one process will create a clear view into bettering your life.

COUPLES

Supporting two individuals on their path of unity.

We will work to identify specific areas of conflict and/or aspects of your relationship you would like to change, and then develop a plan of action to improve each individual's satisfaction and contentment. Working within a safe and confidential setting, couples are able to explore how their individual backgrounds, beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors may be impacting their relationship in both positive and negative ways. Mary will assist you with addressing any immediate and pressing problems, as well as developing strategies for protecting and enhancing the long-term health and happiness of your relationship.

CHILDREN, TEENS & FAMILIES

Exploration with young minds and big emotions.

One of the most crucial forms of counseling is intended for children and adolescents, and can have a significantly positive impact on childhood and the process of becoming an adult. Based on the field of child psychology, Mary will attempt to offer real-world solutions to the challenges faced by your child/children and your family. The practice will provide valuable and practical services for improving quality of life and experience at home, in school, and in social situations.
